Viro (Italy), has been in existence for over 70 years and is an acronym of the founder’s name, Vincenzo Rossetti’s. The Viro brand has over the years become synonymous with quality and superior workmanship, and its products are preferred by the world’s leading automation companies, the most famous being the FAAC Group.

Vincenzo Rossetti started the company in the mist of the second world war based on his clever assumption that once the war was over citizens across Europe would want to protect and lock the possessions they had. Today the company is based in Zola Predosa, just outside of Bologna, in Northern Italy.

The portfolio includes several locking products, electric gate locks, door locking mechanisms, specialist padlocks and emergency door exit assemblies. Also a comprehensive range of safes for all commercial and domestic uses.
