With this in mind, we have created the AANZ Training Academy.
We start our training academy’s off with a whiteboard session and presentation. We cover all the most important concepts on the installation of our products and also go over lots of super helpful tips and tricks we’ve learnt over the years.
After the whiteboard session is completed we move onto the actual physical procedures such as how to program control boards.
Thanks to our training trailer which is packed with demo products we can cover and give demos on an extensive range of products and concepts.
Once the training sessions have concluded we run over a quick recap.
Our customers who successfully complete the training are then certified and added to our approved installers database who we refer leads to.
Installers are invited to participate in curriculum based training and learning connected with all aspects of our equipment and componentry.
As a business, we will continue to invest in our installation partners to ensure our customers have certainty of professional standards being adhered to and manufacturers’ installation procedures being met.
All installation partners are required to complete our AANZ Training Academy programs on a regular basis, which maximises the lifetime performance of our products via excellence in installation procedures and protocols.
We have a fully fledged training trailer which has demo gate motors, intercoms, hardware and other products so we can come and deliver a training on your terms and at your location.
Our training sessions are aimed to be engaging, interactive and easy to follow.
